I am a Senior Researcher at the Swiss Centre of Expertise in the Social Sciences (FORS) and a Lecturer at the Institute of Political Studies of the University of Lausanne.
I am involved in the Swiss Election Study (Selects) conducted by the Political Surveys group at FORS.
My research lies at the intersection of political behaviour and comparative political economy, with a particular interest in class inequality, working-class political representation, industrial relations, and Swiss politics. My work has appeared in journals such as the British Journal of Industrial Relations, Economic and Industrial Democracy, European Journal of Political Research, Perspectives on Politics, Swiss Political Science Review, and West European Politics. My latest book is Social Democratic Parties and the Working Class (Palgrave Macmillan, 2020).
